Between 2004 and 2009, Stallergenes created 250 jobs. On average, the Group expands its workforce by 10% annually, of which over two thirds have high-level profiles. In particular, this trend has allowed scientific teams to be bolstered (+ 47% in 3 years) and our international presence to be consolidated (2 subsidiaries created in 2009).
The Stallergenes teams are made up of a wealth of different cultures and professional experiences, owing to the wide-ranging recruitment policy and the company’s commitment to diversity.
As part of its international development, Stallergenes encourages geographical mobility of its personnel within subsidiaries or from subsidiaries to head office.
Stallergenes encourages talented young individuals to develop their skills beyond the frontiers and gives them the opportunity to acquire solid international experience.
Notably through the VIE[1] programme, Stallergenes offers recent graduates who want a challenge the opportunity to rapidly take on operational responsibilities, most often on marketing missions (products, market analyses). Joining the company through VIE can serve as a springboard for subsequent advancement in the Group (parent company or subsidiaries).
In R&D, “Conventions Industrielles de Formation par la Recherche” (CIFRE) or industrial research training agreements, have been set up. These three-part agreements bring together a public research institution, a recent graduate (French education level of “Bac+5” i.e. a Masters degree) and Stallergenes to work on a research project that is strategic for the Group.
As an employee of the Group for 3 years, the recent graduate is trained and supervised by the research teams. The student continues the research project up to completing his or her doctoral thesis.
In addition, all of the Group’s structures welcome many high-level interns of different educational backgrounds and nationalities every year.
The mixing of persons in the Group with different ages and experiences is considered as an advantage for providing expertise and experience that enable the development of the younger employees’ skill sets.
Management and unions recently signed an agreement concerning the employment of seniors.
