A remuneration policy in favour of individual and collective commitment

Subject to the rules of the LEEM (collective agreement for the pharmaceutical industry), through its pay policy Stallergenes makes every effort to value the investment of its personnel both on the individual level through the introduction of performance-related bonuses for many positions and at the collective level via a highly attractive profit-sharing and incentive policy. This way the firm ensures a fair division of profits since 55% of them are reinvested with the remaining 45% being split equally between employees and shareholders.
