The marketing and international operations teams are involved in the design and marketing of products.

About 30% of the workforce, they have a presence in all of the countries where Stallergenes is located. Over 3 years, in parallel with the development of the Group and the creation of new subsidiaries, the marketing and sales teams have grown by nearly 60%.

  • Marketing teams

On a corporate or local level, the marketing teams design and implement the products and services strategy of the company in harmony with its global strategy. Through synergies developed in the field and an in-depth knowledge of the markets, the teams initiate relevant studies and propose actions and tools intended to support the company’s commercial activities.

  • Medical representative visits

The medical representatives handle the promotion of the company’s products. They inform the different healthcare players about the products, while adhering to regulations. The close relationship that they have with physicians enables them to transmit information in order to improve the management of patients and to refine communication items, services and products.

Examples:Medical representative, Zone head, Head of studies, sales forecasts and coordination, etc.

  • International operations

The Department of International Operations defines the international development themes in agreement with the company’s global strategy. Through an active competitive watch, its teams canvas and identify new markets. Thus, the teams initiate distribution partnerships, the creation of joint-ventures or the setting-up of new subsidiaries.

At the same time, they see to growth in the existing markets. They adapt the marketing and communication activities to the special features of each market and participate in the major events of the profession (trade shows, conferences, seminars, etc.).
