As a true support to the entire company, the cross-sectoral and frequently support positions, coordinate projects and handle the interface between the different departments.

These positions can be highly diverse and are specific to each professional body. They make sure that a level of services and controls necessary to team performance, product quality and the competitiveness of the company is guaranteed.

  • The pharmaceutical organisation and Quality Assurance

Given the company’s development projects abroad, and notably the project for adherence of its products and procedures to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) standards, quality assurance is at the core of Stallergenes’ development strategy.

Examples: Head of quality assurance process, Head of the quality control department, Quality control technician, etc.

  • Program management

Program management handles the implementation of strategic development plans for the company. These cross-sectoral development plans are defined by the General Directorate. They involve multiple players in research, production, regulatory affairs and marketing.

  • Organization and information technology

The organization and information technology (IT) professions propose, implement and supervise the information technology systems that allow the company to realize gains in productivity and quality for products and services.

Examples: Head of IT studies, IT project head, Head of Infrastructure & IT architecture, IT support technician, Head of Development Support, Networks and servers administrator, etc.

    • Regulatory Affairs

As a true support system throughout the products’ lifecycle, regulatory affairs pays careful attention to the changes in regulations and guarantees the compliance of products and services to all of the regulatory requirements, on both the national and international level.

Examples: Head of regulatory affairs, Qualified pharmacist, Technical-regulatory head, etc.

    • The administrative and financial organisation

The administrative and financial organisation has the objective of securing the strategic and operational choices of the company, and of implementing high-performance management and financial information systems.

Examples: Management auditor, legal expert, accountant, etc.

  • The purchasing department

Organized according to subsidiaries, the purchasing department sees to the optimization of expenses and resources in order to improve the profitability of the Group. Serving as a privileged interface with the suppliers, the members of the team are involved starting with the definition of requirements by participating in the drafting of tender specifications. 

Examples: Purchasing director, Head of purchasing, etc.

  • Human resources

The human resources department handles the implementation of Stallergenes' social policy in terms of training, development and recruitment in order to help realize the strategic objectives of the Group. Serving as a support to operational staff, it has an advisory role and provides them with recommendations.
