More than 600 people work for STALLERGENES throughout the world who actively participates in all of the stages of research, development, production and monitoring of STALLERGENES products.

STALLERGENES has a direct presence in 10 European countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Slovakia.
The activities of these entities are managed by a local team of specialists in desensitisation therapy, taking into account the customs and requirements of the in-country medical community.

STALLERGENES products are marketed in more than 40 countries through a solid network of distributors and partners.
 
The Group policy of forming strategic partnerships has made it possible to develop links with pharmaceutical companies that are heavily established in their countries' markets. In the future, this policy should lead STALLERGENES to develop its presence internationally, and in particular in the United States and in Japan.
